Table Honey

Table honey is honey intended for direct human consumption that meets all composition criteria of the EU Honey Directive, as opposed to baker’s honey which is restricted to use as an ingredient in cooked foods. Table honey must satisfy the full set of moisture, sugar, enzyme and acidity limits.
