About Vorezan

What this platform is, how the content is produced, and what it is not.

Vorezan publishes specifications, standards references and logistics documentation for

Ukrainian agricultural products, aimed at professional buyers in the European Union

and neighbouring markets.

Why the site exists

Sourcing from Ukraine is a documentation problem before it is a commercial one. The

products are well understood and the growing conditions are not in dispute. What slows

buyers down is the gap between a product offer and a purchase specification: which

grade classification applies, which microbiological criteria a receiving plant will

test against, which certificate the retailer will accept, which customs heading the

declaration should use, and what the cold chain has to hold from the freezing tunnel

to the receiving bay.

That information exists, but it is scattered across regulations, scheme documents,

standards bodies and supplier datasheets of variable quality. Vorezan collects it into

one place, in one format, with the source named.

How the content is produced

Each page starts from primary sources: the text of the regulation, the published

scheme requirement, the standard, or a measurement method. Where a figure appears, the

source is named on the page. Where a figure varies by scheme version, by contract or

by country, we give the range and say what determines the value rather than picking a

number that looks authoritative.

Pages carry three editorial markers. **Last reviewed** is the date a human last checked

the page against its sources. **Next review** is when it falls due again. **Evidence

confidence** says whether the claims on the page are verified against a primary source,

partially verified, or general industry practice that we could not tie to a document.

Content is reviewed on a rolling schedule. Regulatory pages are reviewed more often

than definitional ones, because regulations change and definitions mostly do not.

What the site is not

It is not a marketplace. There is no basket, no price list and no inventory feed.

It is not a broker or an agent. Vorezan does not take title to goods and does not

guarantee the performance of any supplier.

It is not legal or regulatory advice. The pages here describe how a rule is generally

applied. Whether it applies to your consignment, in your member state, under your

contract, is a question for your own compliance function and, where it matters, your

lawyer or your competent authority.

It is not a certification body. Nothing published here substitutes for an audit, a

certificate or a laboratory report.

Editorial independence

Suppliers do not pay for coverage and cannot buy placement in a guide, a standard

record or a comparison. Where a page describes a practice that is commercially

inconvenient – a certificate that proves less than buyers assume, a specification

parameter that is routinely fudged, a route that is slower than advertised – it says

so.

Accuracy and corrections

We would rather be corrected than be wrong for six months. Every page has a review

date on it precisely so you can judge how stale it might be. If you find an error, or

you work in a field covered here and something reads as out of date, write to us

through the contact page. Corrections are made against the source,

and the page is re-dated when they are.

Using the material

Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Republishing a page in full is not.

If you want to use a specification table internally – in a tender pack, a supplier

brief, a training deck – that is exactly what it is for, and you do not need to ask.

Where to start

The knowledge base explains how the sections fit together. If you

already know what you need, the product, standard and route indexes are the fastest

entry points.

Vorezan provides informational and analytical content about agricultural products, markets, logistics and standards. We do not act as a seller, broker or guarantor of product quality or transactions.
