Comb honey is honey sold as it was stored by bees, inside sealed sections of honeycomb. It is a premium niche product requiring careful handling, since the comb is fragile and sensitive to heat and pests such as wax moth. Labelling and hygiene requirements follow the EU Honey Directive definitions.
