Incoterms are the eleven standardised trade terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce (current edition: Incoterms 2020) that define how costs, risks and obligations are divided between buyer and seller, from EXW to DDP. Every commercial offer and contract for food ingredients should name the Incoterm, the named place and the edition.
