The EUR.1 is a movement certificate used to claim preferential import duties under free-trade agreements. For trade between Ukraine and the EU it confirms Ukrainian origin under the Association Agreement / DCFTA, allowing reduced or zero duty on eligible products such as honey, frozen fruit and dried products, subject to quotas and rules of origin.
